I bring over a decade of hands-on leadership in aerospace & defense, manufacturing, industrials, and construction—spanning engineering, management consulting, investment banking, and business ownership. I work with teams to align execution with strategy, drive measurable growth, and create long-term value. My experience spans public companies to family-owned businesses, all with a focus on outcomes rather than unnecessary bureaucracy.

WHY ORGANIZATIONS PARTNER WITH CHUCK

With over a decade of experience leading growth, transformation, and transaction initiatives, I’ve served in executive roles, advised funds & strategic buyers, and built businesses from the ground up. I understand what leadership looks like when the playbook isn’t written, budgets are tight, and speed matters. I bring that same ownership mindset to every role—whether I’m supporting a CEO, leading diligence, or driving execution on the shop floor.

WHERE I CAN ADD VALUE

I'm focused on opportunities in the lower middle market across aerospace, defense, industrials, and adjacent sectors. I’m especially interested in roles where I can support value creation through strategy, execution, and capital deployment.

Ideal roles:

  • Operating, portfolio operations, or investment team roles with a private equity firm, independent sponsor, or family office.

  • Strategy, corporate development, or business development leadership at a privately held or a growth-oriented public company.

I'd also consider the right role at an investment bank or consultancy.

LESSONS IN LEADERSHIP & EXECUTION

Over the years, I’ve worked with privately held and public businesses, navigating growth, change, and uncertainty. Here are a few things I’ve learned along the way:

YOU CAN'T FIX WHAT YOU DON'T DEFINE AND ALIGN

Lack of clarity and alignment - not talent - is what often slows most teams down. The best operators are ruthless about defining what matters most right now while keeping the long-term in view.

TRANSFORMATION REQUIRES TRUST, NOT JUST TACTICS

In fast-moving, especially PE-backed, environments, change fails when people are not bought in. Execution starts with alignment, and alignment starts with trust.

GREAT COMPANIES CHOOSE THEIR CUSTOMERS — AND FIRE THE WRONG ONES

Growth only works when it’s intentional. The strongest operators know which customers align with their margins, mission, and momentum—and walk away from the rest.

CAPITAL CAN FUEL GROWTH — OR MAGNIFY CHAOS

Raising capital or doing a deal won’t fix misalignment. Post-close success depends on clarity, systems, and priorities. The real work starts before the transaction closes.
